At GetMendable, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.

During major promotional periods or periods of unusually high order volume, dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

Shipping is free on all orders Australia-wide, with no minimum spend.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location, carrier availability and other logistical factors.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order at track.getmendable.com.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, product demand, carrier availability and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated Average Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 7–14 business days

  • During peak periods, including Black Friday, Christmas, public holidays or significant logistical disruption: up to 2–3 weeks

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

If your order is lost or cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.

All shipments include tracking information where available and are insured.

Important Shipping Information

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed or that the parcel can be successfully redirected.

If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Refunds may not be available

  • Any applicable reshipment costs may be the responsibility of the customer

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at info@getmendable.com before the order is processed.

Undelivered or Unclaimed Packages

If the carrier cannot complete delivery, a delivery notice or tracking update may be provided.

If the package is not collected within the timeframe established by the shipping carrier, it may be returned to the warehouse or shipping facility.

In these cases:

  • Refunds may not be available where permitted by applicable law

  • Reshipping fees may apply

Address Changes After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address because shipments are handled by third-party logistics providers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments, where available, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees depending on the destination country's regulations.

GetMendable is not responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Tariffs

  • Additional delivery charges imposed by customs authorities

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volume

  • Public holidays

  • Remote delivery locations

  • International logistics disruptions

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

During these periods, delivery may take longer than the standard 7–14 business day estimate.

Returns & Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable
