How fast will I see results?

Where do you ship from?

How do I return a product?
Email info@getmendable.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label. Once the device is back with our Sydney team, your refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
Take a photo, email info@getmendable.com with your order number, and we'll dispatch a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged unit first. Every Mendable product also comes with our manufacturer warranty against defects.
How do I charge my Mendable device?
Most Mendable devices charge via the braided USB-C cable included in the box. A full 3-hour charge typically gives 7-10 sessions — most customers charge once a week.
Can I use multiple Mendable products together?
Yes — most customers do. The products target different areas (neck, shoulder, back, feet, sinuses) and don't overlap. If you're combining therapies in the same session, leave at least 10-15 minutes between treatments so your tissue rests.
What payment methods do you accept?
